Jello Roll Ups

Here's another no bake recipe that the kids will love!

Jello Roll Ups

1 ( 3 ounce) package jello (any flavor)

1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows or 12 regular marshmallows

In a microwave safe bowl, add water to jello and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.  Stir to dissolve jello.

Add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are melted.  You may need to return it to the microwave.  A creamy layer will float to the top.

Pour mixture into a 9 x 9 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.  Chill 45 minutes.  When set, run a knife around edges and roll up.  With seam side down, cut roll into slices. (Approximately 10) Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

I think the next time I make these, I will make a box of every color and serve them to look like a rainbow!  Until next time . . . . .
